San Sebastian Gastronomika kicks off
San Sebastian Gastronomika will be held from Sunday 21st to Wednesday 24th November, 2010. It is the first time that it takes place in Donostia-San Sebastian.
Berasategui, Pedro Subijana, Hilario Arbelaitz and Elena Arzak participated in the presentation of Gastronomika Congress held from November 21st to 24th at Kursaal in Donostia-San Sebastian.
This time San Sebastian Gastronomika will pay tribute to New York in an event full of new features and different venues.
The conferences will be divided into two parallel congresses. On the one hand, Alta will welcome the most prominent chefs at this time, such as Ferran Adria, Andoni Luis Arduriz, Juan Mari Arzak, Hilario ArbelaitzÂ…, and great figures from New York, this year’s guest country, such as Daniel Boulud, David Chang or Wylie Dufresne offering exclusive presentations, private cooking sessions, talks and live tasting sessions.
The Parallel Congress programme will surprise everyone with wine and the grill as the main characters. Great international catering gurus and sommeliers will help us discover the World of Wine and Dining, whilst the best grill chefs will display their talents at Grill Planet.
